Paul started his stand-up comedy career in January 2008. He's cut his teeth on the London 'open mic' circuit and has done over 250+ gigs in that time.
Venues/nights include: Downstairs at the King's Head, The Comedy Cafe, Bathhouse Comedy, Soho Comedy, London Comedy Store (Gong and Club nights), Chuckle Club, Comedy at the Kirk, Laughing Horse Comedy Club, Comedy Stop, Balham, Why the Long Room, Laid Back and Laughing, Electric Mouse Comedy, Duke's Headliners, Lion's Den Comedy etc.
Paul continues to visit the open mic circuit but also gets regular circuit bookings, as both MC and act. His set is predominantly gag-based: occasionally dark, sometimes surreal, but ultimately always funny.

WEST END COMEDY CLUB
In February 2009 Paul was given the opportunity to run his own night at THE COMEDY PUB, 7 Oxendon Street, Piccadilly, London SW1Y 4EE. And the night has run with great success overall. His ethos is to bring a fine mix of TV comics, established and newer acts on the circuit to the club at a pocket cheap price.
In 2010 West End Comedy at the Comedy Pub will run weekly on Mondays.
Headliners who have appeared at the WEST END COMEDY CLUB include: Patrick Monahan, Sir Paul Foot, Andrew Lawrence, Robert White, Scott Capurro, Brian Damage & Krystal, Andi Osho, Joe Rowntree, Mike Manera, Matthew Osborne, Ava Vidal and many other fine acts from the circuit.
In October 2009, Paul began running another monthly night at THE BRAZEN HEAD, 69 Lisson Street, Marylebone London NW1 5DA
In 2010 West End Comedy @ The Brazen Head will run two monthly nights. One for new acts/new material and a club night for established comics.
